Q. Can I study your course if I don't have any formal qualifications?
A. Our courses are especially designed for this purpose. Your starting point can be an Introductory course, and study materials are presented very clearly in formats which are easy to understand.

Q. Can I use previous counselling studies to gain exemption from your introductory courses?
A. This naturally varies from student to student. Our Principal will be pleased to discuss your prior learning.

Q. Can I build on studies already completed?
A. You never have to duplicate your studies. If you complete a Certificate course and wish to progress to a Diploma course, the new material will simply continue to build onto your existing knowledge.

Q. Will I be able to change my course?
A. Should you decide that an alternative course option would be more appropriate, you can change with the minimum of fuss (there may be a charge for additional materials.)

Q. Do I receive personal tuition?
A. For each stage of your course you are assigned one tutor who is a specialist in the subject concerned. This tutor stays with you throughout each stage of the course.

Q. Will my new skills be recognised and accepted?
A. Our courses are among the most popular in the country. Anyone working in churches, hospitals, schools, prisons, social services, counselling agencies and international companies can use our courses to enhance their career prospects or develop their personal skills. Our top course is University accredited with CATS points the Open University (OU) offers general credits to its applicants who have completed the DipCPC (course 5000N).
